Born in 1950, Adit Agarwala was a Banker by profession but a Photo Artist by passion. He is an alumni of Photographic Association of Dumdum (PAD). He was a honorary Lecturer of Photography at PAD for 16 years, had written Articles on Photography, conducted workshops, delivered talks on Photographic Art at various forums, is a co-author of two books ‘Learn Photography’ and ‘Experimental Photography’ published by PAD.
He has been a Jury in various National & International Salons since 1987. He was the founder President of ‘Friends of Photography’ Chandigarh and organized First Indo-Pakistan “DOSTI PHOTO SHOW” at Chandigarh in 2004. He has been a regular Salon participant with more than 1600 Acceptances to his credit from International Salons & more than 100 Awards from FIAP, PSA, FIP and others. He was the first Indian to be awarded the 1st Prize at "Photojournalist of the year" Contest in 1989 held by the PSA.
His Works have been included in KKL-Bilderbank, Austria / Germany (of top 25 photographers) published in a Booklet & State Lalit Kala Akademi, Lucknow. He was honored as one of the six Indian Pictorialists by the Photographic Society of Pakistan and invited to contribute photographs to the Exhibition “Tribute to the Legends of Photography” Exhibition held in 2005 in Pakistan.
He has been Associate Editor of ‘VIEWFINDER’ (1997-2001) the Official Monthly Journal of the FIP. He has been a Member of Working Committee of the Federation of Indian Photography (FIP) since 2017 and currently the President since 2021.

Dr. Adv. Suwarna Gawde is a highly decorated personality in not just academics but also in the field of photography. She has been involved with The Photographic Society of India, serving as a member of the managing committee from 1994 to 1998, Hon. Secretary from 2015 to 2017, and then again from 2019. She was Salon Secretary for the 18th International PSI Salon in 2019 and has judged several international photography competitions by invitation.
As a photography faculty member, she teaches Basic and Advanced Photography and Photoshop. She has won numerous awards in various national and international Salons of Photography, with over 1000+ acceptances. Her solo exhibition on the theme "Kokan" was held at Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai in 2014.
Her extra-curricular activities include painting, bonsai, reading, and wildlife and bird photography. She has traveled extensively for wildlife and photography.

Amitabha Sil is the Ex-Vice President of FIP. He organized the FIP Inter Club Contest as a Divisional Secretary from 1986 to 2017 successfully without a break (32 Years). So far he is one of the jury members in 562 International Circuits / Salons. He is the pioneer of Infra Red Photography (B & W) in India. He introduced the Infra Red Photography for the first time in India in 1980 and published one article regarding IR Photography in the salon catalogue of Mountain salon . He is one of the Founder members of Chhayapath , Calcutta.

Ms. Anitha Mysore is a Software Engineer by profession, having completed her Masters in Civil Engineering. What started as a means to capture memories for the family found its fruition with her association with Youth Photographic Society, Bengaluru in 2016. Having travelled widely on job, she is keen on travel photography and is also an avid bird photography enthusiast. She is a member of the Photographic Society of America, Global Photographic Union and International Union of Photographers.
The Salon arm of YPS had given her the much needed fillip to push her photography to new heights. She has been taking part in various National and International Salons for over two years now. Anitha Mysore was listed among the top ten of FIP’s Who’s Who for 2018. She also appeared in PSA’s Who’s Who for 2018 under the Photo Travel, Nature and Photo Journalism divisions. Apart from the above, she has won over 150 awards and 2500 acceptances in many national and international salons and competitions spread across 30 countries. She also won the Best Indian entrant award in four International Salons hosted in India.

S. Balu is a Civil Engineer and Builder by profession and a photo hobbyist. He is into photography for the past 3 decades. He started his photography during film days and now continuing in the digital era. His area of interest was pictorial photography during film days. Later he got attracted towards nature and wildlife photography.

Being an employee under Indian Audit Audit and Accounts Department he came on transfer to Raiganj, 400 kms from Kolkata 1998. Kulick Birds Sanctuary was main place of attraction to him. Seeing migratory birds to gather in the forest during monsoon he became interested in taking photographs of birds.
There is no camera. Ist Camera bought, was Nikon FM10 followed by F-60 and a 70-300 lens and a 24-120. Kullick Forest on every Saturday and Sunday morning was the only destination during June to September when migratory birds used to return after their new born chicks. First Participated in Photography Salon in the year 1999. In the year 2006 Got EFIP and 2007 FFIP, LIIPC. As payment of Entry fee to foreign country was a problem in North Bengal he used to participate in National Salons approved by FIP as IIPC.
In 2009 got first International acceptance in Italy in a group Participation with the friends of Kolkata. In 2013 became member of PSA and achieved AFIAP Distinctions. In 2014 EFIAP. Started achieving PSA Stars in Nature Division after bying back 5 years membership. In the year 2020 achieved EPSA. Still now, at the age of 64, actively engaged in photography. Photography,Gardening, Trekking and travelling is his main hobby. During Covid Pandemic he has expertised himself in Still life, Water Drop let, Portrait and Surrealistic photography. Giving judgment in PSA and FIAP approved salons since a year.

Digwas Bellemane has had an exemplary 10 years of experience in the space of Fine Art Photography. He leaves no stone unturned when it comes to producing unique pictures. His moonlight picture of the roaring Hogenakkal Falls is an example of the pains he takes to produce his pictures. He has won over 140 International Medals and 75 National Awards. Over 170 pictures of Digwas have earned him more than 650 Acceptances in International Salons held in 22 countries.
Born in a quaint town of Sirsi amidst the beautiful Western Ghats, in Karnataka, Digwas Bellemane’s journey in Photography took him a long way. He is a Lifetime member of the Federation of Indian Photography (FIP) and the Youth Photographic Society Bangalore(YPS) and Sagara Photographic Society. He is In-charge of FIP Distinctions Committee and FIP Salon Saathi. He is also lead of YPS journal Dṛṣṭi’s Editorial Team. In due recognition of his service, both the YPS and the FIP have conferred on him their prestigious Service Awards.

Mr. Gurdas Dua believes in teaching what he has learned. He has conducted innumerable workshops covering varied professional topics. He owns a fully equipped studio in Indore. Mr. Jinesh Prasad hails from Moodabidri in Mangalore. His journey as a photographer started during the negative film era. He joined India International Photography Club in 1985-86 and participated in several workshops by legends like Late Sri T.N.A Perumal, Sri N.Sunder Raj, Sri Allama Prabhu H N, Sri O.P Sharma, Sri B.W Jatkar and many others.
Travelling has been Mr. Jinesh’s passion since childhood. He has covered many temple car festivals, events like Kambala, Bhuta Kola and other cultural activities. He was an official photographer for mega events like the Mahamastakabhisheka at Shravanabelagola in 1993 and many other Mastakabhishekas at Karkala, Venur, Dharmasthala and other places.
He is a budget solo traveller and has visited many places in India and countries like Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Indonasia, Vietnam, Srilanka, Dubai, AbuDhabi, Bahrain and Bangladesh.
He joined YPS in 2018 and started to participate in Salons and Circuits. In the short span of two years, he has won more than 150 international and national awards and more than 2000 exhibition acceptances.

Dr. Pramod, born on 22 September 1947 in Honavar, coastal Karnataka, holds the following professional qualifications: MBBS from KMC, Hubli in 1971, and DCH from KEM Hospital in 1974. He commenced his private practice in a rural area in 1975, and since 1981, he has been practicing in Bangalore.
From a young age, Dr. Pramod has been captivated by nature and wildlife, drawing inspiration from magazines like Life, Times, and National Geographic found in his college library. His journey into photography started in 1992 when he and a friend began learning under the guidance of Mr. Perumal, an esteemed figure in nature photography. Since 2014, he has passionately pursued photography as a hobby and has actively participated in national and international photo competitions. As a testament to his talent, he has received over 7000 acceptances and has been honored with 1200 awards. Recently, he has developed a keen interest in street photography.
Dr. Pramod's extensive travels have taken him to various remote locations, exploring the wonders of the natural world.

Rajaram is Founder Director of Sagara Photographic Society. He has been on the panel of Jury, for Salons of IIPC, YPS, Sonica, Vishwavani and SPS. Mr. Santosh K Jana is a multi-faceted photographer. Apart from personal achievements, Mr. Jana had also been the Salon Chairman for 8 International Salons and seven Circuits. He brings with him immense knowledge of Salons. Mr. Jana hails from Midnapur District, Kolkata. He finished his Bachelors in Science and took Diploma in Photography from Bangiya Bijan Parishad. Since then there has been no turning back for Mr. Jana.
He has won more than 750 International and National Awards. He won the First award in the coveted DJMPC contest in 2000. He won 3 Better Photography Awards and two Sanctuary Awards. He is the recipient of three successive awards in the National Photo Contest held by Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Govt. of India.

Ms. Sharmali Das began her journey in photography in 2004 by enrolling in a course at CHHAYAPATH, CALCUTTA, a premier institution in Kolkata. After completing her Diploma in Photography in 2007, she became a member of Chhayapath, Calcutta in 2008. In 2011-12, 2014-15, 2015-16, and 2016-17, she took on the role of Treasurer for Chhayapath, Calcutta. For three consecutive years, from 2017-18 to 2019-20, she served as Salon Chairman of Chhayapath, Calcutta, and oversaw the 19th and 20th Chhayapath International Salons. In 2022, Sharmali achieved EFIAP/d3, becoming the first Indian to do so. She also earned BPSA in 2018 and GMPSA in January 2020, making her the fourth Indian and the first woman in Southeast Asia to achieve this distinction. Sharmali has traveled extensively throughout rural Bengal for her photography, which inspired her to create an organization to provide service to rural areas. She currently works as a Cost Accountant in a State-run Public Utility sector.
